Program Statement
The Graduate Program in Higher Education equips visionary higher education leaders to be agents of innovation and renewal. The program focuses on preparing educational leaders to be effective, transformative agents in various higher education settings. Toward this end, the program has four interrelated goals: (1) equip leaders to transform various higher education contexts; (2) prepare practitioners to make effective, strategic, and innovative decisions to assure excellence in educational programs and mission-driven initiatives; (3) develop scholars who advance the field of higher education and its contribution to society; and (4) nurture leaders with a professional identity rooted in their Christian faith.
