Program Statement

The M.Ed. in HESAA program at Rosemont helps you craft a professional brand while honing the higher education administrative skills you will need to create intentional campus communities of belonging. Immersive practicum experiences pair you with departments to provide you with professional experience, letters of recommendation, and increased confidence.

Centering financial equity, we provide HESAA graduate students with free tuition, free mealplan, and free campus housing to remove typical barriers for graduate students in order to create a natural "Living Learning Lab," where you will have the opportunity to directly impact students’ lives as you live and work at Rosemont, an intentionally diverse and vibrant campus community near Philadelphia.

The course content (including advocacy, social justice, student leadership, legal matters, college budgeting, administration, data evaluation & assessment) will broaden your worldview and empower you to be a leader who will make meaningful change on college campuses as you support students on their higher education journeys.
