The master's program curriculum at San Diego State University is designed for practitioners. The program emphasizes student learning centeredness, integration of the curricular and co-curricular learning paradigms, and analysis, planning, and responsible practice of leaders in a socially just and global environment.
The program utilizes leadership theories to educate students in a manner that will allow them to become savvy consumers of research in order to apply ethical evidence-based decision making to promote access, equity, and quality student development and learning.
