Program Statement
The mission of the College Student Affairs Administration (CSAA) Program is to prepare our graduates to serve as student affairs professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills and abilities to assist any American college student to succeed and thrive in co-curricular environments. The CSAA Program emphasizes the integration of theoretical precepts and practical experiences via its courses, graduate assistantships and internships. The program underscores the value of collaborative relationships and academic partnerships to foster student retention and success.
